Article 2 - Subject

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 4077 and the relevant Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the product that the BUYER orders electronically from the website www.zeynepozener.com owned by the SELLER.

Article 3 - Information on the Product / Payment / Delivery Subject to the Agreement

The type, quantity, price and payment method of the products purchased electronically are as stated below. The person to be invoiced and the person entering into the agreement must be the same.

Article 4 - Agreement Date and Force Majeure

The agreement date is the date on which the order is placed by the buyer. If a force majeure event continues for 30 days, each party will have the right to terminate the agreement unilaterally.

Article 5 - Rights and Obligations of the Seller

The Seller agrees to fully perform its obligations under Law No. 4077 except in cases of force majeure. Persons under the age of 18 cannot shop; the Seller takes the age declared by the Buyer as basis.

Article 7 - Order / Payment Procedure

Before orders are dispatched, a confirmation email is sent to the customer. Cash transfer or EFT options are offered for payments. If the Buyer prefers to pay by credit card, the Buyer accepts the interest and default provisions between the Buyer and the Buyer’s bank.

Article 8 - Shipment / Delivery Procedure

The delivery period is 30 days from order confirmation. Damaged packages must not be accepted and a report must be prepared with the courier company.

Article 9 - Product Returns and Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the goods, the Buyer has the right of withdrawal within fourteen days without giving any reason. For returns and exchanges, inbound and outbound shipping costs are deducted from the refund amount and paid accordingly.

Article 10 - Privacy

The Buyer’s information will not be shared with third parties. Credit card information is not stored; it is used only for authorization during collection.

Article 11 - Competent Court

In case of dispute, Consumer Arbitration Committees and the Consumer Courts in the Seller’s place of residence are competent.
