Returns & Exchange Policy

Notification Within 7 Days: You may return the product within 7 days from the delivery date along with the invoice.

Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with the Distance Sales Agreement, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days without providing any reason.

Shipping & Delivery

Contracted Courier: Returns are only accepted via Yurtiçi Kargo. Shipments sent with other courier companies on a cash-on-delivery basis will not be accepted.

* Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
* Return refunds will be processed after deducting shipping fees and commissions.

General Terms

• If you believe your package has been damaged during shipping, please open and check it in the presence of the courier and request an official report.
• Approved refunds are processed and submitted to your bank within 2–10 business days.
• For defective or faulty items, you may request an inspection within 30 days.
